Core Responsibilities: Set up and Adjust Machines: Prepare machinery for operation by loading materials, setting parameters, and calibrating for optimal performance. Operate and Monitor: Start machines, monitor their operation, and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency during production. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions, perform minor repairs, and escalate issues to maintenance or supervisors as needed. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and report any safety hazards. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs, track machine performance, and report any discrepancies or issues. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth production flow and efficient operations.
