Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced STP Operator to manage and operate the sewage treatment plant efficiently. The candidate must have hands-on experience in operating, monitoring, and maintaining STP equipment to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the sewage treatment plant on a daily basis.
• Ensure proper functioning of pumps, motors, blowers, diffusers, and other STP equipment.
• Maintain records of daily operations, log sheets, and chemical consumption.
• Monitor water quality parameters and ensure treated water meets regulatory standards.
• Carry out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an STP Operator.
• Knowledge of sewage treatment processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to handle chemical dosing, sludge handling, and wastewater testing.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
