Job Description: We are seeking 10 Machine Operators to support our masterbatch manufacturing operations. Both freshers and candidates with 2-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards during 12-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor machines used in the production of masterbatches. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any issues to supervisors. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
