Job Title: Machine Operator – CNC Spring & Wire Forming Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, India Company: Gandhi Springs Pvt. Ltd. Department: Production Company Overview Gandhi Springs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating CNC spring machines, wire forming, and wire bending equipment to manufacture precision components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate CNC spring machines, wire forming, and wire bending equipment according to specifications. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products during production, conducting inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Production Monitoring: Oversee the production process, adjusting machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance and meet production targets. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine performance, production output, and any maintenance activities. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical or industrial engineering is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, wire forming, or wire bending equipment in a manufacturing environment. Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting CNC machinery; ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
