As a Machine Learning Engineer , you will design and optimize recommendation algorithms for our Audio Stories and Podcasting Platform . You ll work on ML pipelines, model deployment, and real-time inference systems to enhance personalized content discovery. Responsibilities Model Development : Build and optimize recommendation models for content ranking and retrieval. MLOps & Deployment : Develop scalable ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring. System Design : Architect real-time inference systems with high availability and low latency. Data-Driven Insights : Analyze user interactions to improve recommendation strategies. Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to align ML initiatives with business goals. Requirements Experience : 3-4 years in Machine Learning, focusing on recommendation systems. Technical Skills : Expertise in Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow Strong understanding of ranking algorithms, deep learning, and MLOps Experience with real-time ML serving architectures Business Impact : Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in user engagement through ML solutions.
