Your Team’s Impact

As a Machine Learning Engineer III, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering advanced ML solutions across a diverse range of products and services. You will lead projects that expand our global footprint, manage client relationships across multiple countries, and collaborate seamlessly with engineering and product teams. Your work will directly impact strategic business outcomes, including revenue estimation and competitive positioning.

What You’ll Do

• Model Development & Data Integration:

  • Design, develop, and optimize ML models.

  • Train new models leveraging data from multiple new sources, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

  • Set up and maintain data pipelines for seamless integration of new data sources.

• Project Leadership & Global Impact:

  • Lead projects and manage internal stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations.

  • Coach and mentor a team of experienced engineers, guiding them to achieve strategic goals.

  • Foster collaboration and technical understanding across departments through regular cross-functional meetings.

• Technical Excellence:

  • Demonstrate expertise in machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.

  • Implement and optimize complex ML models using cutting-edge technology stack.

  • Deploy and scale ML solutions efficiently on cloud platforms, particularly AWS ,and Databricks.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, product, and SRE teams to ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to execute complex projects successfully.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Present technical concepts and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Provide transparent communication and detailed explanations of model decisions and business impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience working with models/related.

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks .

• Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models.

• Strong data engineering skills , including pipeline setup and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience leading cross-departmental projects and mentoring engineers.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and SRE practices.

• Ability to simplify complex ML concepts for diverse audiences.

• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
