Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize intelligent systems that leverage data to drive business decisions and enhance product functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, and experience in deploying models into production environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable ML models and algorithms to solve real-world problems Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights Train, test, and validate models to ensure performance and accuracy Work closely with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to integrate ML models into applications Research and stay updated on state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning and AI Optimize models for speed, scalability, and interpretability Document processes, experiments, and results clearly Deploy models into production using MLOps tools and practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras Solid understanding of statistical modeling, classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning Experience with data handling tools (e.g., Pandas , NumPy ) and data visualization (e.g., Matplotlib , Seaborn ) Proficiency with SQL and working knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for model deployment Published research or contributions to open-source ML projects Exposure to agile environments and collaborative workflows Show more Show less
