Job Description

Job Title: Machine Design Engineer Experience Level: 0 to 2 Years Education Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication) Location: HP Chowk, Chakan, Pune- 410501. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop automatic welding and cutting machines as per project requirements. Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent). Select appropriate materials, components, and manufacturing processes for machine design. Work closely with the electrical and automation teams to integrate mechanical and control systems. Perform structural analysis and machine simulations to validate designs. Optimize designs for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Support fabrication, assembly, and testing of machines, ensuring quality and performance standards. Troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and production teams for smooth execution of projects. Document designs, modifications, and standard operating procedures. Required Skills & Competencies: Basic knowledge of machine components, mechanisms, and manufacturing processes. Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation systems is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or project experience related to machine design, automation, or fabrication is a plus.
