Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mac Support Technician along with experience in production on Hardware, Network, O365 & Windows AD environment. The Mac Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Mac systems (Mac Book/Pro/iPad/iPhone/iCloud). Daily tasks include diagnosing technical problems, executing software updates, and assisting users with IT-related inquiries along with call closer in ITSM Tool. While the role is primarily based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Qualifications

• Graduate (10+2+3 or 10+2+4, 10+5)
• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Information Technology skills
• Proficiency in Mac operating systems and software
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with users and team members
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications or experience in IT support is a plus
