The Accounts Executive / Client Compliance Officer will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, statutory compliances, and regular client site visits. The role requires maintaining accurate books of accounts, recording all financial transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing periodic MIS reports to ensure transparent and timely financial reporting. The candidate will regularly visit client premises to collect bills, vouchers, payroll data, and bank statements, verify on-site records, and guide clients on proper documentation and compliance requirements. The position also involves handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI compliances, including preparation and timely filing of returns, responding to statutory notices, and maintaining compliance calendars.
