Job Title: INTERIOR ARCHITECT About the Role: This position demands strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without supervision. You will be expected to foresee challenges, maintain quality standards, ensure timelines are met, and keep communication smooth between the internal team, clients, and site stakeholders. The role requires someone who understands how drawings translate into built form, can read site conditions accurately, and can guide contractors and vendors with clarity. You will work across the full project cycle i.e. design development, detailing, material selection, vendor coordination, execution planning, and day to day monitor. A good eye for detail, sound technical judgment, and an organised approach to documentation will be essential. The ideal candidate enjoys hands on problem solving and brings both creative understanding and practical, real world experience to the table. Key Responsibilities: Oversee site execution, ensuring accuracy in detailing, workmanship, and adherence to drawings and specifications. Independently manage project planning, scheduling, coordination, and daily site decision making. Conduct regular quality checks, resolve technical/site issues, and guide contractors toward correct execution. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, fabricators, and suppliers to maintain workflow and timelines. Review and contribute to design development, ensuring feasibility and thorough technical detailing. Select and source materials, finishes, and specialised products with attention to quality and cost. Maintain project documentation, progress tracking, and regular updates to clients and the internal team. Participate in client meetings with clarity and confidence, offering well informed solutions. Take full ownership of project timelines, budgets, and execution quality. Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in interior architecture, site execution, or project management. Strong hands on understanding of construction detailing, site workflows, coordination, and sequencing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver within set timelines. Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and sourcing processes. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and documentation. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. High level of ownership, discipline, and problem-solving ability. Preferred Skills: Experience with BOQs, estimations, site reports, and execution schedules. Proficiency in Photoshop, MS- Office AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Work Environment: Based at our office. Standard working hours. Construction/architecture project exposure is mandatary.
