Role Overview: We are hiring a Luxury Travel Specialist to design and manage bespoke travel experiences for FIT luxury and experiential travelers. The role involves product development (online & offline), supplier contracting, client operations, and sales to craft tailored travel packages worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Curate luxury travel experiences with unique hotels, villas, charters, and exclusive activities. Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure best-in-class deals . Customize and execute high-end itineraries for HNW clients, ensuring seamless travel. Manage end-to-end bookings, concierge services, and post-travel client engagement . Stay ahead of luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and premium offerings . Collaborate with marketing, finance, and digital teams to enhance product visibility. Preferred candidate profile 5-15 years experience in luxury travel/DMCs, with expertise in FIT and experiential travel. Strong supplier network and negotiation skills in the luxury segment. Proven ability to sell, customize, and deliver high-end travel services . Detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive problem solver. Experience with travel CRM, GDS, or booking platforms is a plus. Perks and benefits
