This role will involve managing the seamless execution of marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials, and driving engagement with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless program execution. Track and ensure timely delivery of collaterals to end users. Work with external partners to ensure the successful delivery of promotional materials. Develop a deep understanding of the loyalty program and target audience to drive engagement. Maintain and generate reports on operational data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, external partners) for timely delivery of marketing materials. Proactively handle situations and provide timely resolutions. Assist in planning and executing loyalty marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
