Job Overview : We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused Loyalty and Reward Strategist to join the LiveLike team. As a Loyalty and Reward Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing loyalty and rewards programs aimed at increasing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative programs that enhance customer experience and build long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities : Program Development : Design, launch, and manage loyalty and rewards programs that engage customers and encourage repeat usage of LiveLike services. Strategy Execution : Create data-driven strategies to identify opportunities for increasing customer loyalty and retention across various touchpoints (e.g., in-app rewards, email campaigns, social media). Customer Insights : Leverage customer data and analytics to develop deep insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and trends to improve the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align loyalty and rewards initiatives with overall company objectives and customer engagement strategies. Campaign Optimization : Continuously analyze and optimize loyalty and rewards campaigns to ensure they meet performance metrics such as engagement rates, retention, and ROI. Rewards Management : Manage partnerships with third-party vendors for reward fulfillment and ensure a smooth and seamless process for customers redeeming rewards. Customer Communication : Create effective communication plans and content for program participants, including emails, push notifications, and in-app messages, to drive engagement and participation. Reporting Metrics : Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as program participation, user retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in developing and executing loyalty and reward programs, preferably in the digital or tech industry. Strong understanding of customer behavior, data analytics, and loyalty marketing best practices. Experience with customer engagement tools, CRM platforms, and loyalty program software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Skills : Experience with gamification strategies and integrating rewards into digital platforms. Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing for loyalty programs.
