Job Description

Experience: 4+ years Location: Meerut, Faridabad, Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Jaipur (Onsite) Shift: IST Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Represent Venerate and its interests in client engagements. Maintain 100% billability with a minimum of 125 hours per month (1,500 hours annually). Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements, user stories, and convert them into test scripts covering positive and negative scenarios. Analyze requirements and prepare a query list; ask meaningful questions to ensure effective testing. Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and requirement discussions (user story walkthroughs). Execute test scripts, record results, and share findings with internal and external teams. Develop and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts. Perform manual testing while having functional knowledge of automation testing. Support various testing phases, including Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Load & Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing. Work with test management tools like JIRA and ALM. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Test related web and mobile technologies beyond Salesforce. Work closely with the development team to identify and clarify functionality challenges. Ensure adherence to delivery standards and best practices. Maintain up-to-date certifications, including refresher/maintenance exams for Salesforce and other tools. Stay updated with technical trends and obtain relevant Salesforce and other certifications as per managerial agreements. Minimum Certifications Required: Salesforce Administrator Certification. Completion of at least two Superbadges per quarter. This position requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies, Agile processes, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and related technologies. Location: Jaipur (Onsite),,Pune,Bengaluru
