Hi, We are looking for a Female Store Manager for our Mantri Mall, Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have a retail sales background with 3 to 5 years of work experience . Drive the stores financial growth year over year. Lead the sales floor and drive store results through effective team management. Create emotionally engaging customer experiences that align with the brand’s vision. Communicate promotional events and offers to customers in a creative and engaging manner. Serve as a role model by coaching and developing best-in-class selling behaviors within the store team. Set visual merchandising standards to ensure brand consistency and maximize business results. Ensure the store’s operations are executed to the highest standards. Foster the development of store staff product knowledge to enable high-performance selling. Inspire and motivate associates to unlock their individual potential and achieve extraordinary selling and productivity results. Manage the onboarding, training, development, performance management, terminations, and succession planning for direct reports. Skills & Experience Required: Female candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales . Excellent communication skills and a gregarious personality . Strong interest in building a long-term career in the Fashion/Retail industry . Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
