Technology Leadership Guide the team in adopting best practices, coding standards, and new technologies. End-to-End Development – Oversee the entire SDLC , ensuring the right architectural decisions are made at each phase. Code Reviews & Optimization – Enforce high-quality coding standards and optimize application performance. Cloud & DevOps Integration – Ensure seamless deployment and CI/CD pipelines on Azure . Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, business leaders, and development teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Security & Compliance – Ensure adherence to security best practices, data protection regulations, and compliance standards. Problem Solving – Provide technical solutions to complex challenges and ensure system reliability and scalability.
