Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Representative based on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Senior Sales Representative will actively pursue and maintain client relationships, identify business opportunities, and promote shipping services, particularly focusing on Mediterranean ports and FCL (Full Container Load) services. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering pitches, collaborating with the internal team, and staying updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of the shipping industry with specific knowledge about shipping to Mediterranean ports and FCL services
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and team members effectively
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry is desirable
