Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead and support the implementation of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring best practices and efficient configuration. Design, configure, and test SAP IBP applications, focusing on areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning (S&OP). Gather and document business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide system solutions aligned with business needs. System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP IBP solutions, addressing system issues and implementing enhancements as required. Analyze and optimize existing IBP configurations to improve system performance, streamline processes, and reduce manual effort. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business users to identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage SAP IBP capabilities to drive business value. Collaborate with other SAP teams (e.g., SAP ECC, S4/HANA) and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration and data flow. 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including configuration, implementation, and support. Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain optimization, S&OP processes, and/or forecasting within an SAP IBP environment. Experience in integrating SAP IBP with other SAP modules (SAP ECC, S4/HANA) and third-party systems.
