A. General: Job Title / Position : HRBP - Manager Department: Human Resource Reporting to:GM HR B. Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities: KPIs Understand and map our Organization end-to-end HR-process Collaborate closely together with HR Advisory to propose improvements an HR process. Implement our Oraganization requirements into an HR IT-system. Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns Help our Organization select the best HR information system that suits their needs. Other Responsibilities Manpower planning and Talent Management Managing technology footprint for efficient delivery of HR services Simplify the HR experience while using various HR tools. Analyzing, designing, developing and maintaining HRIS solutions and other related tools. Translate business requirements into system requirements with appropriate owners and users in place. Collaborate with HR experience team to build tools, processes for a consumer grade experience. Organizing employee engagement activities Coordinating with business leads and HODs regarding the recruitments and Attrition. Good at HRMS Tools like Keka, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwin Box, ZOHO , Etc. C. Person Profile: Required qualification: MBA in HR from Recognized University Length of overall experience - At least 12 years of HR technology expertise with exposure to HRIS tools - - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. - Advanced PowerPoint and documentation skills. - Successful at building strong relationships and work collaboratively D. Competencies: Functional / Technical Skills Must to have Skills Must be strong in Data Analytics Skills in EXCEL Should be strong on any HRMS Tools like Keka, SAP Successfactors, Darwin Box, ZOHO , Etc. Soft Skills Must to have Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
