Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and help us identify and onboard skilled technical professionals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical roles, technologies, and IT skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to support our hiring needs across IT and technical positions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing & Screening Source qualified technical candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, etc.). Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment. Collaborate with technical teams to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions. 2. Recruitment Process Management Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer rollout. Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews. Track and maintain candidate pipelines for active and future roles. Ensure all communication with candidates reflects the companys employer brand. 3. Coordination with Hiring Managers Partner with technical teams and hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles. Provide regular hiring status updates and share insights on market trends and challenges. 4. Candidate Experience Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Build strong relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or internal tools. Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports and metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, MBA with HR Specialization, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/Software hiring). Familiarity with technical job roles, programming languages, and technologies (like .NET, Java, Python, SQL, Cloud, etc.). Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
