Key Responsibilities Experience in Mutual Fund & General Insurance Co-ordinating with investors regarding fund switches, new SIPs lump sums, redemptions etc. Preparing collating mutual fund reports Preparing collating mutual fund reports Prepare Quotations Prepare daily MIS entry Manage & maintain data of clients Issue policy & share with clients. Answering inbound sales calls and converting them into new opportunities. Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities. Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner. Mailing required details like brochures, product profiles to clients. TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS : Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using v-lookup and pivot tables. Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn. Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence. Excellent customer service skills to ensure customers get awesome experience from company product Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
