Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru or Coimbatore. The experienced Curative and Post Closing resources will be responsible for managing and processing E2E curative work and post-closing operations. Daily tasks include verifying and clearing title issues, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, preparing and reviewing closing documents, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in E2E Curative
  • Knowledge of Post-Closing Operations and Compliance Standards
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
