Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the premium building material segment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and hardware suppliers
  • Promote and sell UPVC doors & windows, hardware products, and related building materials
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
  • Build a strong network within the construction and building materials industry

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales in the building materials sector
  • Strong knowledge of UPVC doors & windows, hardware products, and construction materials
  • Existing network or exposure to architects, builders, and premium building material clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
