Responsibilities: Collaborate with hauliers , shipping lines & customers on shipments on a day to day basis Ensure that the all the containers booked get loaded on that day Manage transportation operations from A-Z Optimize rebooking plans and make sure extra costs do not occur . Report every day on the loadings and outstanding issue Report to the manager of any pending issues that need management support immediately You have to be quick and think on your feet when there are transport issues
