We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor the movement of materials and equipment in and out of the company's facilities and project sites. Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for project execution. Develop and implement logistics plans and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor and track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition. Responsible for customs clearance and documentation for international shipments. Oversee the storage and distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety. Identify and resolve logistics and supply chain issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and ensure logistics requirements are met. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for handling and transporting materials and equipment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the engineering and construction industry. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
