Logistics Executive

As a Plant Logistics Operations Executive at Ola Future Factory in Pochampalli, Tamil Nadu, your role involves overseeing end-to-end outbound logistics processes in a manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities include ensuring vehicle inspection, load allocation, truck placement, data tracking, and reporting across various shifts to facilitate smooth and timely vehicle dispatch. Key Responsibilities: - Perform truck inspections at designated parking locations. - Conduct pre-loading and post-loading inspections to maintain safety and quality standards. - Allocate loads according to the Standard Operating Book (SOB). - Manage truck placement as per the approved plan. - Coordinate loading/unloading activities and compare planned vs. actual execution. - Ensure real-time truck data integration for effective tracking and reporting. - Monitor on-time vehicle delivery and conduct damage analysis for timely resolution. - Track trucks throughout the dispatch cycle accurately. MIS & Reporting: - Generate and maintain dispatch-related MIS reports. - Perform ageing analysis of trucks and monitor vendor utilization. - Track SOB vs. actual performance for effective logistics management. Qualifications: - Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline. - 3 years of experience in outbound logistics operations (preferred in the automobile/manufacturing industry). - Proficient in logistics SOPs, truck tracking tools, MIS reporting, Excel, and logistics APIs. - Strong communication and shift coordination skills with a problem-solving attitude. In addition to the above details, the preferred industry for this role includes Automobile, Auto Components, and Manufacturing sectors.
