Role Overview

First Mile Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Track shipments from packing to connection, ensuring smooth movement through all stages of the first-mile process.
• Monitor on-time pickup of shipments from vendors and warehouses.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely connection of shipments to the next leg of the journey.
• Monitor system dashboards and logistics portals for live status and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse, courier, and operations teams to resolve first-mile delays or exceptions (missed pickups, RTOs, connection issues).
• Maintain daily pickup performance and delay reports, with escalation tracking.
• Support and ensure smooth execution of

  RTO inbound processes

  , including receiving, system updates, and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance first-mile efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and SLAs at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (

  e-commerce preferred

  ).
• Strong understanding of

  first-mile operations

• Proficiency in

  Excel

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
