Designation : Logistic Executive
Core Responsibilities:
· Logistics Operations:
Manage and coordinate all logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
· Supplier and Carrier Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries,
Cost Optimization:
Identify and implement strategies to reduce logistics costs, such as negotiating better rates with carriers or optimizing transportation routes.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure efficient stock rotation.
· Shipping and Documentation:
Handle all aspects of shipping, including preparing shipping documents, booking shipments, and tracking deliveries.
· Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics and delivery.
· Logistics Planning:
Develop and implement logistics plans to meet customer demands and operational requirements.
· Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays or damaged goods.
· Communication:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and carriers.
