Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Executive with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Manesar. The ideal candidate will manage import logistics and shipments, maintain data, and plan material requirements.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate with CHA (forwarding agents) for smooth logistics operations.
Track shipments and plan material requirements based on data analysis.
Obtain quotations from CHA and identify the best route for time and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with custom clearance procedures and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve management's requirements and report results.
Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a similar role.
Possess strong knowledge of logistics principles, including import and export processes.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications is required.
