Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Executive with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Manesar. The ideal candidate will manage import logistics and shipments, deal with CHA (forwarding agents), and maintain data on shipments and plan material requirements accordingly.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate import logistics and shipments for timely delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with CHA (forwarding agents) for cost-effective solutions.
Track shipments and plan material requirements using data analysis skills.
Ensure compliance with custom clearance procedures and regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of logistics operations, including shipment tracking and customs clearance.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
