Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Executive to join our team in Sector 14 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory, and warehouse management.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics plans.
Analyze and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Implement and maintain logistics systems, including transportation management and enterprise resource planning software.
Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, including on-time delivery rates and inventory turnover.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in logistics software and technology, such as transportation management systems and enterprise resource planning software.
