Job Summary: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to oversee daily operations at our warehouse in Bhiwandi. This role involves managing inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating dispatches, handling inventory movement, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities: · Inbound Logistics & Receiving: Coordinate receiving of goods from vendors and production units, check for quantity and quality, and ensure proper documentation (GRNs, invoices). · Outbound Logistics & Dispatch: Plan and execute timely dispatch of goods to various customers and marketplace warehouses. Coordinate with transporters and ensure delivery deadlines are met. · Inventory Movement: Monitor inward, outward, and stock transfers in the WMS. Maintain stock accuracy and perform periodic stock audits. · Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of dispatches, receipts, damages, and returns. Prepare daily/weekly reports for warehouse activities and logistics metrics. · RTV & Returns: Handle Return-to-Vendor (RTV) shipments and ensure proper tagging, documentation, and follow-up. · Coordination: Liaise with e-commerce, production, and accounts teams for smooth workflow. Coordinate with courier partners and freight agents for pickups and delivery updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Must-Have Experience: · Logistics coordination and dispatch handling · Warehouse management basics (inward/outward/RTV) · Experience with transport vendors and courier aggregators · Inventory documentation and reporting Bonus (Nice to Have): · Experience using OMS/WMS software · Basic knowledge of e-commerce supply chain · Exposure to ERP tools for logistics Proficient in MS Excel & Word Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Working Days: · Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Location: Gala no. 201 to 205, 2nd floor, Building no.
