Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing all logistics documentation necessary for the smooth transit of goods. This role requires a strong understanding of shipping processes and compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely processing of documentation.
Review and verify accuracy of documents to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in resolving any documentation discrepancies or issues that may arise during shipment processing.
Track and manage documentation flow in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in logistics documentation or related field.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics management software.
Strong understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
