The role involves managing dispatch activities, coordinating transport, and ensuring timely shipment of finished goods. Candidates must be graduates with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities : Supervise day-to-day dispatch and logistics operations. Coordinate with transporters for truck placement and movement. Prepare dispatch documentation: challans, invoices, E-way bills. Monitor loading/unloading processes ensuring product safety and FIFO. Maintain dispatch records, stock movement logs, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with transport regulations and internal SOPs. Liaise with warehouse, production, and sales departments. Lead and guide a small team of dispatch helpers/staff.
