Logistics Cum Despatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for dispatch.
• Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and internal departments (sales, warehouse, etc.) for smooth order execution.
• Track shipments and update customers or relevant departments on delivery status.
• Maintain dispatch records, logs, and reports accurately for audit and compliance purposes.
• Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards related to logistics and transportation.
• Support in route planning and vehicle optimization to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure that goods are packed and labeled correctly before dispatch.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations.
• Familiarity with shipping/transportation documentation and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and logistics/ERP software (SAP, Tally, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree , Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or dispatch operations (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setup).
• Experience with dispatch in FMCG, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
