Logistics Coordinator (Remote – India Based)
We’re seeking a remote Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and dispatch operations. This is a full-time role aligned with US business hours (EST).
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Remote (India only)
Salary: ₹2.4 to ₹4.0 LPA (based on experience)
Provide email-based customer service (updates, confirmations, and collecting documents).
Communicate with drivers and update clients.
Enter data in logistics platforms (like PCS).
Manage delivery documents (PODs, EIR/TIR, chassis).
Assist with billing and rate checks.
Support dispatch and problem-solving tasks.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent written & verbal English.
Fast and accurate typing.
Willingness to learn logistics workflows.
Reliable computer and internet connection.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Must be available during US business hours.
