Job Purpose To Ensure company has Optimum inventory levels at all times for every SKU & working closely with Production Planners & sales team to ensure product availability Key Responsibilities in detail – Develop and implement inventory strategies to maximize inventory efficiency and utilization. Analyse inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory. Monitor Plant wise inventory levels and analyse trends to anticipate future trends. keeping balance in OE & Rep stock & maintaining balance in inventory level of plants. Monitor and adjust inventory plans to accommodate changes in customer demand, market trends, and seasonal fluctuations. Balancing Swing Size with respect to cost optimization. Maintaining efficient inventories of packing materials. Keeping Mould utilization in check. Conduct weekly & monthly Sales & operations meeting. Coordinate for Import & Exports across BSJ / BSAPIC / BSEMEA. Coordinate for 3 Market Operations & Supply. Budget / LF preparations. IT Skills – Must Have - MS Office + SAP Optional - Python + Power BI Scope: Key Areas – KPI Maintaining Inventory as per standards. Keeping Mold utilization effectiveness. Stock out control. Reduction in SK, slow moving & Dead Stock level
