Role Title: Jr Business Analyst Company: LOGIMONK Technologies Pvt Ltd Location: IT Park, Jabalpur (MP) Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Eligibility: MBA (IT), MCA, BE/B.Tech (IT/CS) with interest in collaborating with project sponsors to define scope and vision. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), positive attitude, design thinking mindset, and proactive approach. Strong understanding of SDLC and project documentation processes. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail. Highly self-motivated and directed. Strong customer service orientation. Proficiency with MS Office tools. Good understanding of organizational goals and objectives. Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it. Responsibilities: Requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. Understand project objectives by reviewing initial requirements. Document requirements using SRS, BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Epics. Create wireframes, process flows, and diagrams. Evaluate, measure, and recommend enhancements to the solution for added-value. Prioritize requirements and evaluate clear deliverables. Work closely with clients, technical teams, and management. Collaborate with sales teams on proposals and business pitches. Monitor deliverables to ensure timely project completion. Provide project knowledge transfer to teams, resolve requirement-related queries, and manage requirements in project tools.
