We are seeking a talented and hands-on Associate Product Manager with 3 to 5 years of product management, implementation or similar customer facing roles, to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on Salesforce ecosystem projects, including AgentForce and requires a unique blend of product management skills and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage roadmaps, and actively participate in the development as well as troubleshooting of Logik.io Salesforce related products solutions. The role involves extensive collaboration with resources in India and the US. A portion of the workday will overlap with the US team in Chicago to facilitate seamless communication. Logistics support will be provided for flexible working hours, ensuring effective time management and work-life balance. As an Senior Backend Engineer - AI & ML Specialization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend systems that support our AI models and data pipelines. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other backend developers to ensure our platform delivers reliable, real-time insights and predictions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable backend services and APIs that handle large volumes of data and traffic. Implement data ingestion and processing pipelines to efficiently collect, store, and transform data for AI models.
