Job Description

Male Candidates Preferred Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily front desk activities, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and cash handling. 2. Ensure seamless, personalized guest experiences, promptly addressing concerns and special requests. 3. Manage room inventory, prepare operational reports, and ensure accurate financial transactions. 4. Act as a key communication link between guests, the reception team, and other lodge departments. 5. Willingness and ability to travel off-site for work-related purposes when required. 6. Personal Attributes: Professional, positive, and dedicated to guest satisfaction. Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor's degree or related field preferred. · Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in front office operations, Preference will be given to those who has experience working in manager role in Lodges. At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Ability to commute/relocate: Chalakudi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: lodge managerial role: 4 years (Preferred) Location: Chalakudi, Kerala (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
