We are hiring for SCM Localization Specialist.

Responsibilities

Development of Equipment for EMS / FATP
Thorough knowledge on equipment benchmarking and localization projects.
Equipment: Strip down analysis / Bill of Material analysis / Vendor for parts, sub assembly modules.
Integration of equipment assembly.
Commercial knowledge on equipment / sub assembly / key modules like Camera / Dispenser / Laser source / etc.

Essential Attributes

Knowledge on process equipment / assembly equipment / quality equipment used in EMS industry
Working experience in machine building projects in automotive / aerospace / manufacturing industries
Strong networking with equipment manufacturers within India and abroad
Exposure to: CNC Machines / Laser / Dispensing / Automated riveting process / Sub assembly manufacturing using ultra precision parts
Strong knowledge on key parts like camera module / laser sources / dispensing nozzles / etc., and respective vendor base
Commercial knowledge on equipment localization / reverse engineering process

Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering
