Gain a comprehensive understanding of the bank loan business, understanding loan structures and associated reporting obligations for Operations Enhance your knowledge and establish expertise in Regulatory data reporting and Audit data submissions Develop your analytical skills working on large sets of reportable data and resolving exceptions Cultivate problem solving skills by continuous gap assessment remediation to mitigate the risk of inaccurate data Build your communication skills through daily interactions Showcase your ability to function as a team player in a highly collaborative environment while working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Business Groups, Reporting Controllers, Risk, Technology and Operations Leadership. Collaborate with global team counterparts in Dallas on initiatives supporting the loans reporting model Deliver day-to-day issue resolution through effective time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking Support MIS reporting, including key risk indicators, trends and milestones of the team SKILLS EXPERIENCE WE RE LOOKING FOR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in a finance related field preferred Minimum experience of 1 year in Loan Operations total experience of 1 - 4 years Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Financial or quantitative educational background Understanding of Loan Operations Regulatory reporting experience and/or experience in handling audits
