Loan Sourcing Manager

As a Loan Sourcing Manager in Raipur for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP, your role involves building and managing a strong sourcing network, developing new customer leads, and driving loan disbursement growth across multiple product segments. - Develop and implement sourcing strategies to acquire new customers for PL, BL, HL, and LAP. - Build and manage relationships with DSAs, brokers, channel partners, and vendor networks. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets by generating quality leads and ensuring timely conversion. - Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan application and disbursal processes. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and portfolio quality to optimize sourcing efforts. - Prepare regular reports and MIS for management review. Qualifications and Skills: - Graduate or equivalent degree with 2-5 years experience in loan sourcing or sales, preferably in finance or NBFC sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements for various loan products. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing channels effectively.
