Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for business loans, personal loans, group loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), home loan & mortgage loans.
Conduct field visits to meet with clients and understand their financial needs.
Develop relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Meet daily targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in banking sales, credit card sales, field sales, or loan sales.
Strong understanding of various types of loans such as business loans, personal loans, group loans etc. .
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
