The Marketing Executive for Education Loans will be a key driver in expanding our reach and impact within the education finance sector. This highly visible role requires a dynamic, target-driven professional with a proven track record in marketing and sales, preferably within the financial services or education consulting industry. The executive will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our diverse portfolio of education loan products. This encompasses identifying and nurturing leads, building robust relationships with educational institutions, engaging directly with students and parents, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to loan disbursement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and an unwavering commitment to achieving sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service and ethical conduct. Key Responsibilities: I. Strategic Marketing & Market Intelligence (Approx. 25% of time) * Market Research and Analysis: * Conduct in-depth market research to understand the evolving landscape of higher education and education finance in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This includes identifying emerging courses, popular study destinations (both domestic and international), and evolving student demographics. * Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, marketing tactics, and market share to identify competitive advantages and areas for differentiation. * Gather intelligence on regulatory changes, government initiatives related to education financing, and economic trends that may impact loan demand.
