Role Overview: As a Loading Supervisor in the logistics industry, your main responsibility will be to supervise the loading of consignments at various locations. You will be in charge of checking and verifying cartons during loading for both quantity and condition, ensuring accurate box count, and inspecting box condition. Additionally, you will be required to complete all necessary documentation, including Consignment Note, Waybill Part B updates and extensions, and follow up for Proof of Delivery (POD). Collecting and submitting PODs as required will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the loading of consignments at various locations. - Check and verify cartons during loading for quantity and condition. - Ensure accurate box count and inspect box condition. - Complete all required documentation, including Consignment Note, Waybill Part B updates and extensions, and follow up for Proof of Delivery (POD). - Collect and submit PODs as required.
