🔍 About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and field-ready Loader/Unloader Supervisor to oversee timely vehicle loading and unloading operations across designated locations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing on-ground teams efficiently. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate loading/unloading of vehicles at assigned sites Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods as per schedule Manage and guide loaders, helpers, and drivers on-site Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement and material handling Communicate effectively with operations team and vendors via mobile apps and calls Resolve on-ground issues promptly and escalate when necessary ✅ Requirements: Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or field operations (preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid license Comfortable using smartphones for communication and reporting Willingness to work on-field and travel between locations Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset 📱 Tech Savvy:Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic mobile apps Able to share location, photos, and updates in real time 🎯 What We Offer:Competitive salary and travel allowance Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced logistics environment Supportive team and structured onboarding
