Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Load and unload cargo from aircraft, using specialized equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies. 2. Ensure cargo is properly secured and balanced on aircraft, following safety regulations and airline requirements. 3. Operate ground support equipment, such as cargo loaders and conveyor belts. 4. Verify cargo documentation, including weight, dimensions, and handling instructions. 5. Handle cargo with care, minimizing damage and ensuring safe transportation. 6. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling high volumes of cargo. 7. Collaborate with other team members, airline staff, and ground handlers to ensure smooth operations. 8. Follow safety protocols, regulations, and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Requirements: 1. Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy cargo. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 3. Basic knowledge of cargo handling procedures and safety regulations. 4. Ability to operate specialized equipment, such as forklifts (certification may be required). 5. Good communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions: 1. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. 2. May be required to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
