Job Description

Job Description: As an LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for our learning administration, learning management system and reporting globally. You will partner and collaborate closely with global COEs and HRBPs to build robust learning experience for our creators. You will be part of the L&D COE, based in Bangalore reporting into the L&D India Head. Manage and oversee the LMS for learning and development globally. Develop and deliver global compliance training and reporting Manage the global learning repository/catalog Manage vendor learning platforms Configure courses, user permissions, and user roles to ensure digitization of learning processes Be single point of contact for all queries related to the LMS Develop, curate content and manage e-learning modules, assessments, in-person workshops, blended learnings and feedback surveys. Leverage the LMS to build and automate learning adoption reports including attendance, participation ratio, drop-outs Build customized learner reports and dashboards for stakeholders to drive decisions Forecast learning trends across the organization Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years of total experience out of which 4 years of experience in LMS with at least one year on Workday 2 years of experience in reporting and building dashboards Work Model: 5 days Location: Bangalore Education Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute Workday Certified LMS admin or Advanced Excel certification Desired Competencies: Technical Skills: Workday LMS, MS Excel, MS. Power Point and Power Bi Communicator: The ability to influence and share perspective both through verbal and written communication. Collaboration & Influence: Proactive cross-functional partnerships to work effectively with peers and partners throughout the whole organization. Results Orientation: A commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics. A positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with can-do approach Analytical Ability: Ability to transform data into meaningful insights and focus both on small and important details.
